Welcome to Daily Bread Stories! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By using Daily Bread Stories, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Daily Bread Stories is a mobile application that delivers bedtime Bible stories for children ages 3-11. The app provides:
- Illustrated Bible stories with text and audio narration
- Support for multiple child profiles per family
- Progress tracking with stars and reading streaks
- One new story per night through 7-night story collections ("journeys")
2. User Accounts
To use Daily Bread Stories:
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- Parents/guardians are responsible for all activity under their family account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your parent PIN
- You agree to provide accurate information for your account
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Daily Bread Stories offers the following subscription options:
Free Tier: Access to the first story journey (7 stories) at no cost.

4. Billing and Cancellation
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance.
- Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect current billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Daily Bread Stories only for its intended purpose. You may not:
- Share your account with others outside your household
- Attempt to access, copy, or redistribute our content
- Reverse engineer or modify the application
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content in Daily Bread Stories, including stories, illustrations, audio, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Parental Responsibility
As this app is designed for children:
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the app
- The parent PIN protects settings and purchases - keep it confidential from children
- Parents are responsible for any purchases made under their account
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Daily Bread Stories is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the app will meet all your expectations
- The accuracy or completeness of any content
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Daily Bread Stories.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Daily Bread Stories if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
